Confirm Instructors in Charge (IIC)

1. Login to MyEngineering and go to "Home" tab if you're not there already.
   
2. Click "Accreditation" link on the left.
   
3. Click "Courses by Dept" under "Assessment Criteria"
   

  

1. Review the IICs in the last column of the table.
   

1. If any IIC needs to be updated, click on the corresponding course link in the first column of the table.
   
2. Choose a degree from the dropdown (it doesn't matter which degree).
   
3. Click "Edit" tab.
   
4. Find "Instructors in Charge" and add/delete.
   
5. Don't forget to click "Save Changes" at the bottom.
   
6. When all IICs are up-to-date, click "Click here to confirm ALL are correct for AY " in the red cell of the table header.
