Data owners: How to replace yourself

How to replace yourself

  1. Sign in with your UCLA Logon ID at my.engineering.ucla.edu
  2. Home → My Tools → click "HSSEAS Staff"
  3. Staff Tools → click "Student Organizations"
  4. Click "Data Owners"
  5. Click [replace]. For example:


    IMPORTANT:
    • Data owners should be engineering students. You will need their 9-digit UCLA ID in order to replace.
    • If you get ERROR (e.g. UID doesn't exist), email help@seas.ucla.edu with the name and UID.
    • The new data owner will get an automated email with instructions on how to update Contat List.
