SEAS exit surveys

How to add recipients to the MS and PhD exit surveys

  1. Login to https://my.engineering.ucla.edu
  2. Navigate to Home > My Tools > HSSEAS Staff > Staff Tools > Graduate Student Affairs > Graduate Exit Surveys
  3. Look for the two MS and PhD surveys for this year and click [Manage Respondents].
  4. You are now at the page of the survey where you can enter the UIDs of the students. Please see the diagram below.

  5. To view the survey questions, click [View Survey] on the page "Graduate Exit Surveys" (see #2).
  6. To view the survey results, click [View Results] on the page "Graduate Exit Surveys" (see #2).
