Allow students to view Files section in course site

To 'publish the Files section'
  1. Navigate to the desired course
  2. On the left-hand side, in the navigation pane, scroll to the bottom of the list and select Settings
  3. On the top center (Course Details, Sections, Navigation, etc.), select Navigation
  4. Drag Files up from the sections hidden from students area
